Day 6: GAETI-Lesson planning backward design, Show and tell, Trac and Rides

The lesson planning session was an important tool that will be beneficial in preparing lessons for the upcoming year.  The Poll Everywhere and the Wordle activities are some learning tools that I can use in my class to help build students interest in class.  The Trac & Rides presentation was informative. I can use the ideas in my class to promote inquiry and also to teach skills such as measurement.  I enjoyed show and tell, the presenter introduced us to an app called zip grade. Zip grade is a grading tool that will allow you to scan scantrons that are produced on the website with you smart phone or I-pad.
