Day 12: GAETI-Introduction to Canvas, Copyright and Copy Wrong, Online Information Search, Exploring through Art,Storytelling, Developing a Web Portfolio

Today we were introduced to Canvas.  I am excited because last year I had a problem making a decision on which learning management system to use.  The technology department at my school use Canvas but I was not able to use it.  Now I have access to it without having to pay for it or getting a school code.  The information given today was helpful in me making my decision.  The presenter introduce a variety of learning management systems in his presentation today. The Copy Write and Copy Wrong information is valuable to me.  I was not aware of the policies and rules that were involved with the process.  There were several topics introduced to help teachers with not violating the rules and policies. We also worked on the portfolio side of Weebly. There are several online tools introduced today that I'm going to use in my classroom such as Canvas and Storify,  There was so much that I learned today.  I am enjoying GAETI!!!!!!
